Eurolite LED TMH-H240 Beam/Wash/Flower

Une paire achetée pour de l éclairage événementiel. Attiré par la polyvalence du produit (beam /wash/ bee eyes).

Je l utlise avec daslight 5.
C est une lyre qui fait ce qu on attend d elle, avec beaucoup d éléments intéressants, le zoom mécanique qui permet de passer de la wash à la beam, l effet "bee eye rotatif" me plaît bien , c est intéressant pour du dancefloor, je suis allegique aux gobos et cet effet donne quelque chose de plus harmonieux, un peu retro, bien plus à mon goût que ces figures bizarres qu on retrouve dans les spots avec les roues de couleurs. Bien également les nombreux modes de canaux , pour contrôler chaque leds indépendamment si besoin.
Les couleurs sont assez naturelles, on aurait peut-être apprécié une led ambre, mais pour le prix franchement tout va bien.
La lyre est assez compact, ça m a assez surpris, la puissance est au rendez-vous, en tout cas suffisante pour des salles moyennes avec des hauteurs sous plafond raisonnables.
Merci pour le système de refroidissement qui s enclenche uniquement si nécessaire, pour le prix c est bien également.
Le poids également est appréciable .
J ai acheté le dongle usb quick dmx (très discret donc esthetique) avec l émetteur, ça marche super, et surtout ça évite d avoir ces "tétines" disgracieuse qu on voit partout avec les leds bleus à l arrière et qui doivent être alimentée en plus. Donc bravo pour ça!
Oui le système aurait pu être intégré, mais donc plus chère et du coup ceux qui veulent utiliser leur matériel uniquement en filaire et faire des économies ont le choix.

Point en moins: il me manque quand même des poignées, sur ces lyres.

I bought four of these for the stage lightning side-gig part of my firm: No, I’m not a full time professional, and I review the lamps in relation their price range. This far I have used them only for dance shows, and their have served the purpose very well.

Output
The light output is good, and live up to what I consider 6x40W promises. When used on a 10x8 m stage I seldom use them at full capacity. I mostly use them above stage, but they functioned well as front light at one time, with the multiple colour options making it possible to get a nice warm “front white”.

Noise
The temperature-controlled fan does what it promises and does it well. When in full work lamps are only fit for music venues, when still and not working to much they are almost silent. I will try them on an acoustic classical concert in a month (yes, they seem to be that silent) but I won’t have them as my only option.
One of the lamps does a squeaking noise when it rotates (at the time of writing still unfixed). Not loud enough to be a show-problem, but irritating and it says a bit about the quality.

FX
As anything else than a moving wash it does it says, but mostly just that. It has a number of flower fxs, and the moving lens is useful both as a fx and to form the performance as a wash.
In full 56-channel mode you can do a lot with the six individual lamps, but in 24-channel mode you are bound to use the macros for patterns. These work well, but takes a little time to get comfortable with as they override some other values – it is possible to have the lamp blinking with the master down! The manual could be more elaborate in many sections.
As a beam it is good. Sometimes the basic lamp shape of a rhombus is cool (creating a star shape when in the closest zoom) and sometimes it is irritating. On the other hand, it takes about five seconds to nudge the focus to get rid of the effect.
The movement is smooth, as one should expect. It also has an on-off button – which may be confusing if you are not used to it and forgot you turned it off.

Un bon rendu pour le prix ! Assez compact, léger.
Étonnamment, il faut deux crochets, mais c'est bien le seul défaut de ce projecteur.
Attention, l'effet flower n'est pas infini comment peut le laisser penser la vidéo démo de ce produit, les 6 faisceaux se resserrent et se séparent à l'infini, dans un sens et dans l'autre, mais les faisceaux ne peuvent pas tourner en restant séparés.

I bought some of these lights for a theatre show that tours around high schools in the Netherlands. Started with one just to check the quality and I must say it all works really great: a lot of light and lots of options.

Chose Eurolite because 8 years ago I bought 3 small led pars from this brand and in 8 years they never let us down.

Bought 4 of these moving heads extra now and replaced almost all of the static conventional pars we had. Three months in and no problems so far. Recommended!
